§2 · No surprise bills

Generous allowances, zero surprise bills

Personal and Pro are monthly subscriptions with included usage. Your plan price is the most you pay — the most you'll ever be charged in a month; at the cap, AI pauses with an upgrade path. Prices are in USD, before applicable tax. External AI subscriptions, your own API-key usage, and any optional purchases are separate.

Web-based AI tokens cover the text Great Arrow's AI reads and writes, including your prompt, retrieved context, and replies. Managed agent runs and other Great Arrow AI tasks share this allowance; it is not a fixed number of conversations. Memory-indexing tokens make synced documents and saved memories searchable. This is a separate allowance from web-based AI tokens. Both allowances are shared across your account, not granted separately to each workspace.

Your Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or other AI subscription is separate. Reasoning in your connected AI app uses that provider's allowance, not your Great Arrow web-based token allowance. Tools that ask Great Arrow to run AI still use your Great Arrow allowance. Your own API keys are billed by your provider separately.

What happens at my limit?

At the web-based AI token limit, Great Arrow-funded AI chat and managed agent runs pause. At the memory-indexing limit, new indexing pauses; saved memory remains searchable. Wait for the monthly reset or upgrade. For chat, you can also use your own API key or connected AI app; Great Arrow AI tools still need available allowance. Nothing you saved is deleted.

Common questions

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. Free 14-day trial — no card. After the trial, keep going on a paid plan — nothing you saved is deleted. We only ask for a card when you upgrade to a paid plan.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel in one click from Settings → Billing. Your data stays searchable in read-only mode until the end of your billing period.

Which AI clients work?

What counts as a “token”?

Roughly 4 characters of English text. Plans give you orders of magnitude more embedding tokens (cheap) than chat tokens, since the typical workload is “index a lot, ask a few questions.”
